Products & Ingredients

Are Florinda Beauty products cruelty-free?

Yes, all Florinda Beauty products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test our products on animals, and we do not work with suppliers or third parties that test on animals. We are certified by Leaping Bunny and PETA's Beauty Without Bunnies program.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Look for products labeled "For Sensitive Skin" in our collection. These products have been specifically developed to minimize irritation and are free from common sensitizing ingredients like artificial fragrances and dyes.

We recommend doing a patch test before using any new skincare product if you have sensitive skin. Apply a small amount of product on your inner arm and wait 24 hours to check for any adverse reactions.

What ingredients do you avoid in your formulations?

At Florinda Beauty, we believe in clean, effective formulations. We avoid the following ingredients in all our products:

  • Parabens
  • Sulfates (SLS/SLES)
  • Phthalates
  • Mineral oil
  • Formaldehyde and formaldehyde-releasing agents
  • Synthetic fragrances
  • Microbeads
  • Triclosan
  • Hydroquinone
  • Coal tar

How do I know which products are right for my skin type?

We offer several ways to help you find the perfect products for your skin:

  1. Regimen Finder Tool: Take our online skin assessment to receive personalized product recommendations based on your skin type, concerns, and goals.
  2. Virtual Consultation: Book a complimentary 15-minute video call with one of our skincare experts who can analyze your skin and suggest an appropriate routine.
  3. In-Store Visit: Visit any of our store locations for a free skin analysis and personalized recommendations from our trained staff.

All of our products also clearly indicate which skin types they're best suited for on the product pages and packaging.

Are your products vegan?

Most of our products are vegan, but not all. Products that are 100% vegan are clearly labeled with our "Vegan Formula" icon. Non-vegan products may contain ingredients like honey, beeswax, or lanolin.

We're committed to increasing our vegan offerings and are continuously reformulating products to be fully vegan whenever possible without compromising on efficacy.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times depend on your selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Free on orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that these timeframes are for domestic U.S. orders. International shipping times vary by destination. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders.

Some products may not be available for international shipping due to shipping restrictions on certain ingredients. These limitations will be noted during checkout if applicable.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in several ways:

  • Click on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Log in to your Florinda Beauty account and go to "Order History"
  • Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email address

If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately:

  • Call customer service at 1-270-203-8300 (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm ET)
  • Email support@florinda.me with "URGENT ORDER CHANGE" in the subject line

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing. If we're unable to modify or cancel your order, you can return the items for a refund after receiving them.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping fees).

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unused or only minimally used (no more than 20% of the product)
  • In the original packaging

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "Order History"
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you want to return
  3. Click "Return Items" and follow the prompts
  4. Print the prepaid return label (if applicable) and packing slip
  5. Package the item(s) securely with the packing slip
  6. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) and process your refund. This typically takes 3-5 business days from receipt of your return. You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Account & Rewards

How does the Florinda Beauty Rewards Program work?

Our Rewards Program allows you to earn points on every purchase that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Here's how it works:

  • Create a free account to start earning points
  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
  • Additional points for referring friends, writing reviews, birthdays, etc.
  • Redeem points for discounts (100 points = $5 off)
  • Reach different tiers (Bloom, Radiance, Glow) for additional perks

How do I update my account information?

To update your account information:

  1. Log in to your Florinda Beauty account
  2. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner
  3. Select "Account Settings"
  4. Update your information as needed
  5. Click "Save Changes"

You can update your name, email, password, shipping addresses, payment methods, and communication preferences from your account settings.

Partner Program

How do I become a Florinda Beauty Partner?

Our Partner Program is open to licensed skincare professionals, aestheticians, spas, and select retailers. To apply:

  1. Visit our Partner Program page
  2. Complete the application form
  3. Submit required documentation (license, business information, etc.)
  4. Our team will review your application and respond within 5-7 business days
