Shipping Information
At Florinda Beauty, we strive to deliver your products quickly and securely. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary based on the selected method.

Please note:
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET may not be processed until the following business day.
- During peak periods (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Free Samples with Every Order
We include 2 complimentary samples with every order. You can select your preferred samples during checkout (subject to availability).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account and checking "Order History"
- Visiting our Order Tracking page

Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations, certain products containing alcohol or other restricted ingredients may have shipping limitations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page and during checkout if applicable.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Florinda Beauty purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple return process.
Return Policy
- 30-Day Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping fees).
- Condition of Items: Products must be in their original condition, unused or minimally used (no more than 20% of the product), and in the original packaging.
- Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift, you can return it for store credit equal to the purchase price.
- Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale can be returned following the same policy, unless otherwise noted during the sale.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Products marked as final sale
- Sample-sized products
- Opened makeup items (for hygiene reasons)
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to "Order History"
- Select the order containing the item(s) you want to return
- Click "Return Items" and follow the prompts
- Print the prepaid return label (if applicable) and packing slip
- Package the item(s) securely with the packing slip
- Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

Return Shipping
For standard returns, a return shipping fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items sent
- Returns by Platinum and Diamond tier reward members
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) and process your refund. This typically takes 3-5 business days from receipt of your return. You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
International Orders
Florinda Beauty ships to many countries worldwide. International customers can enjoy our products with some additional considerations for shipping and customs.

COVID-19 Impact on International Shipping
Due to the ongoing global situation, international shipping may experience additional delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
The amount of these fees varies by country and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information before placing your order.
Product Restrictions
Some products may not be available for international shipping due to ingredient restrictions or shipping regulations in certain countries. These limitations will be noted during checkout if applicable.
International Returns
International customers can return products within 30 days of delivery, following the same condition guidelines as domestic returns. However, please note:
- Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges, customs fees, and import duties are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
